MSC is a Section 8 not-for-profit company incorporated on 6 January 2026, with its registered office in Uttarakhand.
Our areas of work span education, skills development, women and youth empowerment, entrepreneurship and livelihoods, community development, and research and innovation. Individual initiatives will be announced when their scope and delivery are confirmed.

MSC is an early-stage organisation rooted in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. We are exploring community needs and possible collaborations before deciding which initiatives to undertake.
Why We Exist
We want more people to have access to learning, useful skills and opportunities to participate with dignity. Our purpose is broader than any one course, technology or participant group.
What We Do
We are building the foundations for need-based work across our areas of focus. Ideas are being considered; they are not confirmed programmes, open admissions or claims of delivered impact.
Our Approach
Listen to the intended participants, prepare responsibly, deliver practical learning and review evidence before expanding. Partnerships require clear scope and genuine commitments.
