Mission Skilled Council
How We Work
A practical approach to preparation, delivery and learning. Every stage needs evidence.
Our intended process
Listen. Prepare. Practise. Review. Share.
Listen / Intended process
Understand the starting point.
Speak with learners, parents and local organisations. Record actual needs, suitable timings and barriers to participation.
Record: Need and timing notes; no assumed demand.
Prepare / Intended process
Make access safe and practical.
Verify the computers, timetable, supervision, consent and budget. Confirm a clear selection and waitlist process before admission.
Record: Readiness checks and an approved delivery plan.
Practise / Intended process
Build capability through real tasks.
Use relevant practical tasks, community activities or skills-based learning suited to each initiative. Record what was actually delivered and who participated.
Record: Session logs and practical work, not just registrations.
Review / Intended process
Look at what changed.
Compare appropriate baseline and final tasks, listen to feedback and state how many learners were assessed.
Record: Comparable assessments with missing-data limitations.
Share / Intended process
Publish learning with care.
Share reviewed, anonymised results and improvements. Keep participant records private and distinguish plans from achievements.
Record: An evidence-based report after an approved activity.
This process describes how we intend to work. It does not confirm a particular project, participant group or completed activity.
