Before any activity begins

Guardian permission for minors, arrival/departure arrangements, supervised computer use and a conduct agreement must be in place before admission. An independent escalation contact has not yet been appointed; this remains a launch requirement.

Your choices

Photo and video consent will be separate and optional. Refusing publicity will not affect programme access. Do not send children's personal details, identity documents or sensitive incident narratives through a general enquiry.

To raise a concern, contact Rahul Thapa or email MSC with a safe way and time to reply. Do not use this route if it would put you at risk; use an appropriate independent authority or trusted support service.

Privacy requests

You can request correction, deletion or withdrawal of optional publication permission by contacting MSC. Identity checks will be proportionate; do not send identity documents unless a secure, necessary process is agreed.
